Fawn Mckay

Fawn McKay was born in Ogden Utah on September 15 1915. Fawn McKay, brought up in the Mormon Church's First Family, employed her creative talents and research abilities to create the fascinating psycho-historical biographical biography of Joseph Smith. Published in 1945 with the title:"No Man knows My History, she used both. This title was inspired by the funeral sermon given by Joseph Smith, the founding father of the Church of Latter-Day Saints. The preacher shocked the audience when he said saying: "You don't even know my name. It's been a long time since you've seen the depths of my soul." Nobody has known about my past. I am not able to tell you. me to reveal it. Wrote the 29-year old Fawn at the time: Ever since that moment of candor at least three-score writers have jumped on the battle. Some have attacked him, while others have glorified him. a few have attempted to make a diagnostics. It's not just that the documents do not exist, but it is rather that they're in complete contradiction. It's not an easy task to put together these documents and separate first-hand stories from third-hand copies and fitting Mormon accounts with those of non-Mormon people to form a cohesive collage. The task is interesting and instructive. FawnBrodie dedicated herself to this career path. Thaddeus Steves was a world celebrity as a result of her work in research as well as her work. The Devil Drives (1959) Scourge of the South Thomas Jefferson. Richard Nixon, An Intimate history (1974), posthumous.
