Sheryl Underwood was born in Arkansas and grew up in the state. She became a TV host for the daytime talkshow The Talk. She started her TV career after becoming regularly performing at The HBO Comedy Show Def Comedy Jam in 1992. The host was on TV for the 2000 season of Oh Drama! In 2011, she began hosting as a co-host of the talk show The Talk. She's also appeared in fictional show like Bulworth Niki and Beauty Shop.
