Sheryl Underwood is an American comedian, TV host and actor popular for hosting the popular daily talk show The Talk. Sheryl was born and raised in Little Rock. Sheryl was raised by an extremely difficult household. She was a troubled child. young life caring for her younger sister Frankie suffering from an illness called polio. When she was growing up, Sheryl was plagued by problems with her mother. Sheryl says that her mother had a time when she stabbed her father because he was too close. Sheryl was a soldier after she graduated from the college. She was interested in comedy. In 1989, she became the first woman to reach the finals of the Miller Lite Comedy Search contest. Her TV profession began in the year 1992 as a performer for the HBO comedy program Def Comedy Jam. In 2000, she was a host on the TV talk show Oh Drama! In 2011, she began participating on The Talk as co-host. She has played in fictional series such as Bulworth Nikki, Beauty Shop and others.
